Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 30 days from the date the order was placed until the product has been picked up by our carrier.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal: To initiate a withdrawal, please provide a clear statement of your decision via email at clearlift.beauty@gmail.com.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method as your original purchase without imposing any fees.
Conditions for Returns:
- Goods must be purchased in the last 30 days, with exceptions for products purchased with an extended warranty option, which provides a 3-month warranty.
- Returned goods must be in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
- Goods that spoil quickly or are past their expiry date.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process: For a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging. You must complete the return form we provide via email, indicating the reason for the return and providing proof of purchase. A video proving that the device is defective may be requested.
Upon receiving the return form and proof of purchase, we will provide instructions for returning the goods and begin processing your refund, which may take up to 15 business days after we receive the returned product and all required information.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We are not liable for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Refunds will only be issued upon the actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.
Gift Returns: If the goods were marked as gifts when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the goods weren’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will go to the gift giver.
